1. Promoter
The Promoter is Selfwealth Pty Ltd (ACN 154 324 428) trading as Selfwealth by Syfe, of Level 7, 130 Lonsdale Street Melbourne VIC 3000.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00:01 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 17 July 2026 and closes at 11:59:59 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 17 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will be invalid.
3. Eligibility
3.1 To be eligible to enter, a participant must:
- be an individual aged 18 years or older at the time of entry;
- be a resident of Australia, excluding the Australian Capital Territory (ACT);
- hold a valid, verified Selfwealth by Syfe brokerage account during part of or the whole of the Promotion Period;
- have not previously placed a trade on the Selfwealth by Syfe platform prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period;
- place their first trade, plus applicable brokerage fees ("Qualifying Trade"), during the Promotion Period; and
- comply with all other requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 The following persons are ineligible to enter:
- (a) residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT);
- (b) participants who have previously placed a trade on the Selfwealth by Syfe platform prior to 17 July 2026;
- (c) trades entered into via the auto-invest facility;
- (d) employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of the Promoter and Luxury Escapes Pty Ltd, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling); and
- (e) any other person the Promoter determines, acting reasonably, is ineligible.
3.3 Selfwealth reserves the right to reject any entry it reasonably determines to be from a duplicative account, fraudulent, or otherwise not made in good faith.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the promotion, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period, place a Qualifying Trade on the Selfwealth by Syfe platform.
Participants are advised that a Qualifying Trade must satisfy the Australian Securities Exchange's ("ASX") minimum marketable parcel ("MMP") threshold, set at $500. This is an operational constraint imposed by the ASX, not Selfwealth, that requires the first trade of a security to be at a value of $500 or more (excluding brokerage fees).
4.2 Each eligible participant will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw upon placing a Qualifying Trade during the Promotion Period. Additional trades do not generate additional entries.
4.3 Entries are non-transferable and may only be submitted by the account holder. Entries made by third parties on behalf of an account holder will be invalid.
4.4 For new customers who have not yet opened a Selfwealth by Syfe account: to be eligible to enter, participants must open and verify a brokerage account and place a Qualifying Trade during the Promotion Period.
4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise invalid.
5. The Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize available, being one (1) Luxury Escapes travel voucher valued at AUD $5,000 ("Prize").
5.2 The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Luxury Escapes Pty Ltd (ABN 16 150 650 927), available at www.luxuryescapes.com. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the Prize beyond its face value.
5.3 The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service, except where required by law.
5.4 If the Prize or any component of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
5.5 The Prize does not include any item not specifically stated. Any ancillary costs, fees, or taxes associated with accepting or using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Prize Draw
6.1 The draw will be conducted on 31 August 2026 at midday AEST. The draw will be conducted by random selection from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2 If a drawn entrant is found to be ineligible, the Promoter will conduct a further draw from the remaining valid entries.
6.3 The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be notified via the contact details registered on their Selfwealth by Syfe account within five (5) business days of the draw date.
7.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
7.3 The winner's first name and state of residence will be published on the Selfwealth by Syfe website and/or social media channels within thirty (30) days of the draw, as required by applicable law.
7.4 The winner is required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before the Prize is awarded. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.
8. General Conditions
8.1 This promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted under applicable Australian state and territory legislation. It is not associated with any other competition or lottery.
8.2 Entry into this promotion does not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to trade. Investing involves risk. Before placing a trade, participants should consider whether trading is appropriate for their personal circumstances. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
8.3 Participation in this promotion does not guarantee any financial outcome or return on investment. The Promoter does not suggest that entry into this promotion will improve a participant's financial prospects.
8.4 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time if it reasonably believes that circumstances beyond its control have affected the integrity of the promotion, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
8.5 The Promoter's decisions in respect of all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.6 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the use of the Prize.
8.7 Participation in this promotion is deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8.8 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, FAQ, or other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and fulfilling any regulatory obligations. The Promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available here) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
9.2 By entering this promotion, participants consent to their personal information being used for the purposes described above.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
