1.1 What data does the Selfwealth-Class data feed include?
The Selfwealth-Class data feed includes:
- Equities data: Trade transactions (buy and sell orders), corporate actions, and holdings.
- Cash data: Deposits, withdrawals, dividends, brokerage, and other account-related transactions.
You can select within the Class platform to have one, or both parts of the data feeds activated in class.
1.2 How long does the data feed take to activate?
From the time Selfwealth receives your request, it may take up to 2 business days to start receiving data into the Class platform.
1.3 How often is data updated in Class?
Trading and cash data from Selfwealth is automatically updated in Class every trading day, this will include the previous trading day's data.
2. Managing & Troubleshooting the Data Feed
2.1 How do I enable the Selfwealth-Class data feed for my clients?
1. Log in to Selfwealth Adviser platform.
2. Navigate to ‘Settings’ via the drop-down menu.
3. Select the ‘Data Feeds’ tab.
4. Under ‘Bulk Data Feed Activation’, toggle to ‘Enabled’.
5. Confirm the bulk activation change.
6. Once toggled to ‘enabled’ please allow up to 2 business days for the class feed to be activated
2.2 How do I check if my Selfwealth-Class data feed is active for my clients?
Follow the instructions set out above in 2.1

Note: Once enabled, it will take up to 2 business days for your new data feed request to be visible in Class.
2.3 What should I do if my client’s Selfwealth trading data is not updating in Class?
Ensure your ‘data feed is enabled’ in Selfwealth settings.
Confirm that your client's Class account is linked correctly.
Confirm that you have asked for transactions as part of the data
- Allow up to 2 business days for updates to process.
- If issues persist, contact the Adviserservices@selfwealth.com.au or your Business Development Manager.
2.4 What should I do if my client’s Selfwealth cash transactions are not appearing in Class?
Ensure you have selected ‘cash transactions’ to be included in your client’s data feed via your Class account.
Allow up to 2 business days for updates to process. New cash transactions that occur from the date the data feed was enabled will be available to view after this time.

2.5 Why don’t my transaction descriptions in Class match the descriptions I see in the Selfwealth platform?
Cash transactions displayed in Class may include additional data that Selfwealth receives from ANZ, our banking provider. These descriptions match the ANZ bank statements that Selfwealth receive, ensuring its accuracy and auditability.
We are currently working with our banking provider to improve these transaction descriptions to make it easier to read and understand.

2.6 Why could there be a difference between the trades and brokerage displayed on Class and the Selfwealth platform?
In the Selfwealth platform, brokerage will apply to buy and sell orders as outlined in the following help centre article: How is brokerage charged on buy and sell orders? – Selfwealth
In the Class platform, the net value per buy and sell trade will be displayed.
2.7 How do I resync my client’s data feed? (For Advisers managing multiple clients)
Use the ‘Sync Feed’ option in the Selfwealth Adviser platform.
1. Log in to Selfwealth Adviser platform.
2. Navigate to ‘Settings’ via the drop-down menu.
3. Select the ‘Data Feeds’ tab.
4. Under ‘Bulk Data Feed Activation’ select ‘Sync Clients’
This will update new client accounts that were added after the initial bulk activation.
2.8 How do I disable my client's Selfwealth-Class data feed?
1. Log in to Selfwealth Adviser platform.
2. Navigate to ‘Settings’ via the drop-down menu.
3. Select the ‘Data Feeds’ tab.
4. Under ‘Bulk Data Feed Activation’, toggle to ‘Disabled’.
5. Confirm the bulk de-activation change.
6. Once toggled to ‘Disabled’ please allow 1 business day for the class feed to be de-activated
Additional Features & Support
3.1 Can I download historical trading and cash data for my client’s?
Yes. Selfwealth allows you to export historical trading data and cash transactions from your client’s account statements.
1. Log in to Selfwealth Adviser.
2. Navigate to ‘My Clients’ and select your clients Selfwealth portfolio.
3. Click on ‘Trading Account’ -> ‘Reports’
4. Select the ‘Cash Account’ tab to view and export historical trading and cash data
3.2 Will Selfwealth load historical cash transactions for my clients into Class?
Advisers can request a one-time historical update for transactions back to July 1, 2024.
This will be a manual request actioned by our team and will take up to 5 business days.
Please note that Class will also need to load this historical data into the Class platform.
