Do I still have access to my relationship manager and other client support resources?
As a valued customer, will still have access to our customer service team, as you have had previously. If you have an individual adviser relationship, that adviser will continue to have access to the Adviser support team
Will I have access to new investment products or services?
It is still very early days, but ultimately Syfe will be bringing our speed and innovation coupled with our experience to Australian customers and look forward to updating when we have more information to provide on the first exciting launch. With time, Selfwealth customers will benefit from access to Syfe's all-in-one investment offering which is our true differentiator - global market access, cash management and end-to-end managed wealth solutions.
Will my account or transaction fees change?
We understand that transparent and affordable fees are important and do not anticipate any increase in the current fees or charges. Syfe is known for its robust offering while utilising technology to offer among the most affordable prices in the market and we will look to add further benefits and affordability for our customers. First and foremost, Syfe will focus on delivering improved customer experience and additional value.
Will my account details or login credentials change and will I still use the same mobile app?
Selfwealth customers will continue to access the Selfwealth platform and app as they have always done so. That means no change to login credentials, mobile app and all features will remain available.
Will there be any disruption to my investment services during the transition period?
Selfwealth customers will continue to access the Selfwealth platform and app as they have always done so. That means no change to login credentials, mobile app and all features will remain available.
Will there be any changes to the security features of my account?
First and foremost, Syfe believes in the highest standards of customer safety. Being regulated by three of the most respected regulators in the world (MAS, HKMA, ASIC) brings a very high standard of best practice. Syfe does not intend to change the way that you as a customer hold your securities or cash. Australian securities will continue to be held under your unique Holder Identification Number (HIN) where those securities are held individually. AUD funds will continue to be held in your individual ANZ trading bank accounts. As is the current arrangement if you hold US and Hong Kong Securities, these will continue to be held in the custodial arrangement that is currently in place. Your Foreign Currency Cash (i.e. USD and HKD) will continue to be held in a Phillip Capital trust account with Standard Chartered. The existing Selfwealth AFSL and licensing obligations will be maintained.

Will there be changes to Selfwealth by Syfe’s leadership team in Australia?
There will be no changes to Selfwealth by Syfe’s leadership team in Australia. Craig Keary will remain the CEO.
Will there still be a Board?
A new Board will be established consisting of Craig Keary as CEO and Samantha Horton COO, Syfe both as Executive Directors, and Paul Clark as an Independent Director. Christine Christian, Emannuel Datt and Adam Lewis will retire their roles.
