1. Log in to Selfwealth Adviser platform.
2. Navigate to ‘Settings’ via the drop-down menu.
3. Select the ‘Data Feeds’ tab.
4. Under ‘Bulk Data Feed Activation’, ‘Enabled / Disable BGL data feeds for all clients’ toggle to ‘Enabled’.
5. Confirm the bulk activation change.
Once toggled to ‘enabled’, you will need to update the ‘Account ID’ field in BGL with your individual client tokens. These tokens can be located by following the below steps:
1. Select ‘My Clients’
2. Under ‘Active Accounts’ navigate to the client you want to view the token for and select the drop-down menu on the right-hand side in line with their account name.
3. Select ‘Manage Data Feeds’ and under ‘Enable BGL data feed’ you will see the client’s unique token:
4. Copy the unique token and paste it into the ‘Account ID’ field under the clients account in BGL.
Please note this will need to be completed for every client who has the BGL data feed enabled.
