To ensure you have registered with a valid email address, Selfwealth will send you a verification email. By clicking on the link in this email you are verifying your email address and you will be able to proceed with finalising your registration with Selfwealth.
If you have not received your verification email, it may be for one of the below reasons:
1. Check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder - In some instances, the email from Selfwealth may end up in your junk or spam folder. Please check these folders for our email.
2. Email Filters - Make sure you have removed all filters from your inbox as this may hide the email from the standard view of your inbox.
3. Your email address is incorrect - To confirm if your first registration was successful, try registering again with the same email address. If you registered with the correct email address the first time, you will not be able to register with the same email address again. This means you registered with the correct email address the first time and you should have received the verification email.
If your first registration was with an incorrect email address, the system will not stop you from registering again. Proceed through the registration process, ensuring you enter the correct email address.
