How much does it cost?
Selfwealth charges a management fee based on a tiering system. Fees are inclusive of GST.

The fee covers portfolio construction and ongoing management, all trade execution with no brokerage fees on portfolio trades, rebalancing, portfolio reporting in the app, and monthly statements.
How is my pricing tier determined?
Your tier is based on the higher of two values:
- Assets under management (AUM): the total value of assets you hold across your Selfwealth brokerage account and Selfwealth Managed Investments.
- Net invested amount (NIM): total deposits minus total withdrawals.
All values, including non-AUD holdings in brokerage, are converted to AUD equivalents. Your tier is evaluated daily, and if it changes mid-cycle, fees are pro-rated and reflected in your monthly statement.
How are management fees calculated and charged?
Fees are calculated daily based on your current pricing tier and the daily value of your portfolios, then deducted monthly from your portfolio’s cash balance. If there is insufficient cash, a small portion of holdings will be sold to cover the fee. You only pay for the days your funds are managed.
Is there a charge for digital advice?
No. There is no charge for completing the suitability assessment or receiving your Statement of Advice. The management fee is the only fee Selfwealth charges for the Managed Investment service.
Are there any other fees?
- Brokerage. There are no brokerage or trade execution fees on portfolio trades.
- Withdrawal or exit fees. None. You can withdraw at any time, partially or in full.
- GST. GST at 10% applies to Selfwealth’s fees and is included in the rates shown.
Where can I see the fees I’ve paid?
In the app, go to your portfolio and scroll to “Fees Paid”. You’ll see fees shown inclusive and exclusive of GST.
