What happens if I join Premium membership before Free Trial ends?
You’re still on the initial 90-day free trial, and the Premium membership will start at the end of the 90 days.
Do I need to re-activate Premium Membership every time?
We’ve made it easy so that after you’ve joined, it will be automatically renewed when the membership cycle ends.
Where can I see the 10 ASX free trades from Annual Premium Membership?
Selfwealth offers an additional 10 ASX free trades whenever a member signs up for annual Premium Membership. They can view them under Setting -> Trades on the Selfwealth platform
What are the free features available on the new price chart?

What is ECI in the Stock Event Calendar?
Under Stock Event calendar, there is a type of event called “ECI”, which stands for ‘Economic Indicators’. They are primarily economic data on macroeconomic scale used to analyse current and future health and opportunities of the economy, including ‘Unemployment rate’, ‘Consumer Index’, ‘Construction Index’, ‘Wage price index’, etc.
ECI is country-specific, which means that whenever the Event Calendar is showing individual stock events, no ECI events will be displayed – you will have to unselect all filters to have a full view of the economic events.
With the Portfolio and Watch-list filter in the Stock Event Calendar, what happens if I don’t have any?
If you don’t have any portfolio holding or stock in the watch-list, we’ll display ALL events on the Stock Event Calendar from all AU, US and HK markets.
What is live stream pricing?
Live stream pricing is a real-time, dynamic data service that provides members with continuous pricing updates every three seconds for stock quotes, market depth, your watchlist, and your portfolio.
Currently, all Selfwealth members have access to Live Pricing, but Live streaming means you don’t have to worry about 20-minute delays or need to refresh the page to receive up-to-date prices.
How can I pay for Premium?
To use a credit card to pay for your premium membership, click on the ‘Update Credit Card’ button to record/update your credit card details, and then select the ‘Set As Default’ option to charge your membership fee to your credit card.
To set your cash account as the default to pay for your membership, select the ‘Set As Default’ button located under the ‘Cash Account’ option on the membership screen. If you have multiple portfolios/cash accounts, you can select which account the funds are debited from using the ‘Portfolio’ drop-down menu:
Can I change how my Premium fee is charged?
To manage your membership payment details go to Settings > Membership.

Will my Selfwealth Premium membership auto-renew?
Your Selfwealth Premium subscription will auto-renew at the end of the billing period (with the exception of the free 90-day trial). We will always send you a reminder email seven days before your Selfwealth Premium membership is due to auto-renew.
How do I cancel my Selfwealth Premium membership?
If you wish to cancel your Selfwealth Premium Membership, you simply need to downgrade to a free plan. This will cancel any auto-renewal of your annual or monthly membership payment.
- Log into your Selfwealth account on the website.
- Click ‘Settings’ on the left-hand navigation bar (you may need to scroll down to see this option).
- Go to the Membership tab and follow the prompts to downgrade to a free membership.
What's your refund policy?
Refunds are available if you sign up on annual subscription and decide to cancel within the first 30 days. The remaining 11-months worth of fees, minus any free trades used, will be returned to you based on your payment method.
Refunds are not available on monthly subscriptions.
