How do I enable Selfwealth Premium?
To change your membership:
- Log into your Selfwealth account on the website
- Click Settings on the left-hand navigation bar (you may need to scroll down to see this option)
- Go to the Membership tab and follow the prompts
You will be able to choose your payment options, which can be a credit card or your trading cash account.
Can I change how my Selfwealth Premium membership fee is charged?
To manage your membership payment details, first go to Settings > Membership.
The below payment methods are available and can be selected from this screen:
Credit Card
To use a credit card to pay for your premium membership, click on the Update Credit Card button to record/update your credit card details, and then select the Set As Default option to charge your membership fee to your credit card.
Cash Account
To set your cash account as the default to pay for your membership, select the Set As Default button located under the 'Cash Account' option on the membership screen. If you have multiple portfolios/cash accounts, you can select which account the funds are debited from using the 'Portfolio' drop-down menu:
Will my Selfwealth Premium membership auto-renew?
Your Selfwealth Premium subscription will auto-renew at the end of the billing period (with the exception of the free 90 day trial). We will always send you a reminder email 7 days before your Selfwealth Premium membership is due to auto-renew (for annual subscription only).
How do I cancel my Selfwealth Premium membership?
If you wish to cancel your Selfwealth Premium Membership, you simply need to downgrade to a free plan. This will cancel any auto-renewal of your annual or monthly membership payment.
