How do I change my address?

Individual Accounts

If your trading account is registered to an individual, you can update your residential and/or mailing address directly through your Selfwealth account.

To update your address, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. On the left-hand navigation bar, use the Portfolio drop-down menu to ensure the correct trading account is selected.

  3. Click Trading Account.

  4. Click Account Details.

  5. Click the Edit button under your address to update your residential and/or mailing address.

  6. Re-enter your password to submit your change of address request.

Note: After submitting your request, it may take up to 3 business days for your CHESS registration details to reflect the updated address.

 

Joint, Company and Trust Accounts

To update the residential and/or mailing address for joint, company, or trust accounts, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download and complete the Change of Address form.  This can be located by logging into your trading account, going to settings > Documents and Forms

     2. Send the completed form to support@selfwealth.com.au.

Once your request has been received, please allow up to 3 business days for your mailing and CHESS address to be updated.
