Individual Accounts
If your trading account is registered to an individual, you can change your residential and mailing address online.
To update your residential and/or mailing address for your individual trading account, follow the below steps:
- Log in to your account
- On the left-hand nav bar, use the 'Portfolio' drop-down menu to make sure you have the correct trading account selected
- Click Trading Account
- Click Account Details
- Click the Edit button under your address to update your residential and/or mailing address
You will need to re-enter your password to submit your change of address request.
Please Note: Once you have submitted the change of address request, it may take up to 7 business days for your 'CHESS Registration' details to reflect this change.
Joint / Company and Trust Accounts
To update your residential and/or mailing address for your joint, Company, or trust accounts, please:
- Download and complete our Change of Address form
- Send the completed form to support@selfwealth.com.au
Once we have received your request, please allow 7 business days for your mailing/CHESS address to be updated.
