Individual Accounts
If your trading account is registered to an individual, you can update your residential and/or mailing address directly through your Selfwealth account.
To update your address, follow the steps below:
Log in to your account.
On the left-hand navigation bar, use the Portfolio drop-down menu to ensure the correct trading account is selected.
Click Trading Account.
Click Account Details.
Click the Edit button under your address to update your residential and/or mailing address.
Re-enter your password to submit your change of address request.
Note: After submitting your request, it may take up to 3 business days for your CHESS registration details to reflect the updated address.
Joint, Company and Trust Accounts
To update the residential and/or mailing address for joint, company, or trust accounts, please follow the steps below:
Download and complete the Change of Address form. This can be located by logging into your trading account, going to settings > Documents and Forms
2. Send the completed form to support@selfwealth.com.au.
Once your request has been received, please allow up to 3 business days for your mailing and CHESS address to be updated.
