A limited power of attorney is a document that gives the named person, the agent or attorney-in-fact, with the legal authority to perform certain actions on behalf of the person who signs the document (known as the principal). The limited Power of Attorney included within the declaration section of the application form authorises Selfwealth to access the funds in your Selfwealth cash balance to perform the following;
- Withdraw or deposit funds into your Selfwealth Cash balance for the settlement of any trades placed on your Selfwealth Trading account
- Deduct any fees (e.g. brokerage) from your account as specified under section 8 of the Selfwealth Terms and Conditions.
