CHESS Statement
When you trade on the ASX, you will receive a statement to advise you of the movement of the shares onto your Holder Identification Number (HIN).
These Share Certificates are referred to as CHESS Holding Statements.
You can now opt-in to receive Electronic CHESS Holding Statements
After enabling electronic statements, all future ASX CHESS statements will be emailed to the primary user's account.

The registry sends out company-based communications such as annual reports, dividend statements etc.

Please note, if you have already setup electronic communications with a registry using a different email address, this change will overwrite that email address.
