3.3 What should I do if my Selfwealth cash transactions are not appearing in Class?
If your equities data is appearing but your cash data is not, the most likely reason is that you have not selected to receive ‘cash transactions’ in the preferences in your Class account. If this is the case, then first ensure you have selected ‘cash transactions’ to be included in your data feed via your Class account.
Allow 2 business days for updates to process.

3.4 Why don’t my transaction descriptions in Class match the descriptions I see in the Selfwealth platform?
Cash transactions displayed in Class may include additional data that Selfwealth receives from ANZ, our banking provider. These descriptions match the ANZ bank statements that Selfwealth receive, ensuring its accuracy and auditability.
We are currently working with our banking provider to improve these transaction descriptions to make it easier to read and understand.
