Yes! Selfwealth supports instant deposits to your Selfwealth cash account using the Osko® service.
What is Osko/instant payment?
Osko is a near real-time payment service. It enables fast payments to a BSB and account number and is supported by most Australian banks.
To confirm a payment was processed via Osko, log in to your internet banking and check the payment receipt, the Osko logo will be displayed if Osko was used.
How do I use this feature?
Simply transfer to your Selfwealth cash account as you normally would, using your BSB and account number found in your trading account. Use a bank transfer, not a BPAY transfer. Funds typically arrive within moments.
Note: BPAY transfers still take one to two business days to arrive.
Why hasn't my deposit arrived?
There are several reasons a deposit may be delayed:
• Your bank may not support outgoing Osko payments. This can depend on the account type — some banks
disable Osko for mortgage or loan-linked accounts.
• The first transfer to an Osko account can take several hours. Subsequent transfers are typically faster.
• Osko payments are processed through the New Payments Platform (NPP), a third-party service separate to
both your bank and Selfwealth. Delays within the NPP are outside of Selfwealth and your bank's control.
• If funds have not arrived within a few hours and your bank supports Osko, contact your bank directly.

Are withdrawals instant?
Withdrawals are unaffected, meaning they will still take 1-2 business days.
