We understand that holding information is often required in order to apply for probate. So that we may provide you with information required, we kindly request the following:
- A letter of authority signed by the executor named on the will or next of kin if not known, nominating the legal firm in question to enquire and/or act on their behalf.
- A certified copy of the Death Certificate
- A certified copy of the Will
- Recently certified photo ID of the Executors/Administrators
