- A certified copy of probate (if granted) or;
- A certified copy of the death certificate and a certified copy of the Last Will and Testament (will)
- Recently certified executor ID (for example, your passport or drivers licence)
What happens next?
We'll also provide you with information to assist you in what we need to administer the Estate. All Estates are managed differently depending on various factors that may include:
- The size of the Estate
- The presence of international holdings
- How the Estate is to be handled, for example, the intention may be to sell down all holdings, or they may be transferred to beneficiaries.
