If you have created multiple Selfwealth accounts using different email addresses, you may be able to merge them so they can be accessed under a single login.
You can merge accounts if the following details match across both profiles:
First name
Surname
Date of birth
If these details do not match, the accounts cannot be merged. Merging logins allows you to access multiple portfolios under one login. Your portfolios and accounts will remain separate, but you will only need to use one email address to log in.
How to merge your Selfwealth logins
To merge your accounts:
Log in using the email address you wish to keep.
Click your avatar in the top right-hand corner and select Settings.
Navigate to Portfolios.
Click Get Started under Merge Selfwealth Logins and follow the prompts.
What happens after the merge?
Once the merge has been completed:
You will log in using one email address.
The merged portfolios will be accessible from the same login.
The login details for the merged account will no longer be active.
