Your primary email address is the email you use to log into your Selfwealth account. It is also where you receive important communications such as trade confirmations, contract notes, and other notifications.
Updating Your Primary Email Address
Follow the steps below to update your email address in the Selfwealth platform:
- Log in to the Selfwealth website.
- Click Settings on the left-hand navigation bar (you may need to scroll down to see this option).
- Under Login Details, click Change Email.
- Enter your password and your new email address, then click Change Email.
- You may also be required to complete a quick reCAPTCHA for security purposes.
- Check your new email inbox and open the confirmation email.
- Click Confirm Email Address Change to finalise the update.
- You will be redirected to the Selfwealth website and shown a confirmation message once your email has been successfully updated.
Can’t Access Your Old Email or Log In?
If you no longer have access to your email and cannot log in, you can update your email using our secure biometric verification process.

- If biometric verification is unsuccessful, additional documentation (forms and ID/selfie) will be required.
- Our support team will guide you through the next steps if needed.
- Manual verification typically takes 1–2 business days to process.
