You can now download your ANZ bank statements directly from the mobile app — no need to contact support. Please note this feature is only available for statements from 1 July 2025 onwards.
How to download a statement
- Navigate to the Account tab from the main menu.
- Select Reports.
- Select Bank Statements.
- Select the Download icon next to the statement you wish to view.
Your statement will download as a file you can view, save, or share.
Known issue
We're aware of a temporary issue affecting statement availability. At the moment, only statements from March 2026 onwards can be downloaded. We're working on a fix, and statements covering the full 2025–26 financial year (from 1 July 2025) will become available soon.
