Update Your Individual Bank Details Instantly with Biometrics
We’re pleased to advise that you can now verify and update your Individual bank details quickly and securely using our new biometrics system.
This process allows us to confirm your identity and, if successful, update your bank information immediately. The full process takes approximately 7–10 minutes.
How It Works
- Have your ID ready:
Please ensure you have one of the following forms of identification:- Australian Driver Licence
- Australian Passport
- Most International Passports
(Note: If using an international passport, you’ll need to manually enter your Australian address during the Biometrics verification.)
- Start the process via our live chat service:
Contact us through our live chat support service to initiate your update where we will ask some quick identification questions before initiating the biometrics. - Complete the biometric verification:
- We’ll send a secure link to the mobile number registered on your profile.
- Follow the link and complete the verification steps, which involve capturing data from your photo ID and taking a selfie.
- Immediate update:
- Once your verification is successful, we’ll let you know and ask you to send us a quick declaration confirming the new bank details. That’s all! We’ll then provide confirmation that your details have been updated.
Please note: If for any reason the biometric verification does not recognise you, don’t worry. We can revert to our standard process using a manual form, which typically takes 1–2 business days.
Please also note: This is for individual account types only and currently not available for Trusts / Company or Joint accounts.
